Competent handling of our business insurance dispute

We engaged Tamara Savin Malvin at Akerman LLP regarding a complex coverage dispute with our commercial insurer. Her deep knowledge of insurance law, backed by her 16 years of experience and recognition in the field, was evident in her strategy. The legal outcome was ultimately favorable. However, our experience was mixed. Communication was sometimes slower than expected, with responses taking several days during critical phases. While her analysis was sharp, the process felt less collaborative than we had hoped, and fee structures could have been clearer from the outset. She is undoubtedly skilled, but the client service aspects were merely adequate for our needs.
