I engaged Tamara Katz at Gardiner Roberts LLP for assistance with a residential property purchase in the Fort Worth area. Her recognition in Real Estate Law by Best Lawyers was a key factor in my choice, and her three years of focused experience were evident in her handling of the contract review and closing documents. The legal work itself was thorough and accurate. However, my experience was mixed. While Tamara was knowledgeable, response times to emails were sometimes slower than I expected, and I occasionally felt I had to follow up for updates. For straightforward real estate transactions, she provides solid, competent service. I would recommend her for her expertise, but with the caveat that clients should be prepared to manage their own expectations regarding the pace of communication throughout the process.
