Competent handling of a contract dispute, but communication was inconsistent

However, the experience was not without its frustrations. There were several instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the case status, and responses to emails could take several days. While his legal work was solid, the overall client service felt more transactional than collaborative. For straightforward legal matters where you need capable representation, Mr. Nonaka is a reasonable choice, but be prepared to manage your expectations regarding proactive communication and be patient with response times. He is a competent attorney, but the client experience could be more streamlined.
