A Lifeline for Our Manufacturing Business

When our family-owned manufacturing facility was hit with a complex state-level water compliance issue, we were referred to Susan Franzetti. From our first meeting, her 46 years of experience were evident. She didn't just react to the notice; she conducted a thorough audit of our operations, explaining the nuances of both federal and Illinois regulations in a way we could understand. Her strategic counsel moved us from a defensive posture to a proactive one, ultimately negotiating a favorable resolution that avoided litigation and allowed us to implement a practical, forward-looking compliance plan. Her recognition as a 'Lawyer of the Year' is well-deserved. Susan and her team at Nijman Franzetti provided not just legal expertise, but genuine partnership. We are now better positioned for the future because of her guidance.
