Steven Daniels has over twenty years of experience in the litigation of intellectual property disputes, including patent, trademark, and trade dress infringement, and trade secret misappropriation, trademark infringement, as well as in the litigation of contract disputes and of claims arising out of allegations of unfair trade practices and unfair competition.
