Competent construction litigation, but communication was lacking

Steve Metcalf handled a contract dispute for my small construction firm. His knowledge of construction law is evident, and his recognition as Lawyer of the Year is well-deserved. He secured a favorable settlement. However, the process felt less personal than expected. Responses to emails were sometimes delayed by several days, and updates weren't always proactive. For straightforward legal matters, his 14 years of experience at Metcalf & Spitler LLP are an asset, but you must manage expectations on communication.
