Good but missed expectations

I sought Stephen J. Quezada's expertise for an employment litigation matter, and while he demonstrated solid knowledge in labor and employment law, I was left disappointed in a few areas. Stephen's 14 years of experience were evident in his legal strategy, but his communication could have been more timely.
