Good but missed expectations

I sought Stephen J. Quezada's expertise for an employment litigation matter, and while he demonstrated solid knowledge in labor and employment law, I was left disappointed in a few areas. Stephen's 14 years of experience were evident in his legal strategy, but his communication could have been more timely. There were delays in responses to my inquiries, which created some unnecessary stress. The case ultimately resolved favorably, but the process wasn't as smooth as I'd hoped.
