A solid attorney for complex financial restructuring

Stephen Boyko handled a complex creditor-side restructuring for our mid-sized manufacturing company. His deep knowledge of bankruptcy and finance law, honed over nearly three decades, was evident, and his recent recognition in the field is well-deserved. The legal strategy was sound and the outcome was ultimately favorable. However, our experience was mixed on the service side. Communication from his team was sometimes slow, with responses taking longer than expected during critical phases. While we never doubted his technical expertise at Proskauer Rose, the overall attentiveness and proactive updates fell short of the premium level we anticipated. He is a competent lawyer, but ensure your expectations on client service are clearly aligned from the start.
