I hired Stephanie Zorn to represent my small business in a complex wage and hour dispute. Her deep experience in employment law management was immediately apparent. With 30 years in the field and her recognition by Best Lawyers, she clearly knows the ERISA and labor litigation landscape inside and out. Her analysis of our case was thorough, and the strategy she developed was sound, ultimately leading to a settlement that protected our interests. However, the experience was not without its frustrations. While Stephanie herself is highly competent, communication through her office at Jackson Lewis was often slower than I expected. There were periods of several days where updates were promised but not delivered, requiring follow-up on my part. For the premium rate, I had anticipated a more responsive client experience. Her expertise is undeniable, and I would not hesitate to recommend her for the legal acumen she brings to employment matters in St. Louis. Yet, for a perfect score, the administrative and communication side of client service would need to match the quality of the legal work. She is a very capable attorney, but managing client expectations could be improved.
