Competent estate planning, but communication could improve

Stephanie Denby's deep experience in trusts and estates was evident as she handled the restructuring of our family's charitable foundation. Her knowledge of complex tax issues and her recognition in the field are undeniable. However, the process felt somewhat transactional. Responses to emails were sometimes delayed, and we occasionally had to follow up for updates. While the final documents were thorough and professionally prepared, we expected more proactive guidance given her 37 years of practice. She is clearly capable, but the client experience was merely adequate.
