Competent but Needs Improvement

Stephanie Satterfield's expertise in employment law is evident, especially given her recognition as 'Lawyer of the Year' in the field. However, our experience was mixed. While she provided sound legal advice during a complex employment dispute, communication delays and vague updates on case progress were frustrating. Her strategic approach was solid, but clearer expectations and more timely responses would have made the process smoother. Overall, her knowledge is strong, but client service could use refinement.
