Stephanie Richards at Goodwin provided solid legal guidance for our small business during a merger negotiation. Her background in corporate law, recognized by Best Lawyers, was evident in her thorough review of the acquisition documents. She identified several key liabilities we had missed. However, the experience was somewhat mixed. While the final work product was strong, there were periods of several days where our emails went unanswered, which created anxiety during time-sensitive discussions.
