A strategic and knowledgeable advocate for our business dispute

Spencer Dirth at Elverson Vasey expertly handled a complex contract dispute for our small business. Her background in commercial litigation was immediately evident; she dissected the opposing party's arguments with precision and built a compelling case. Her recognition in that field is well-deserved. Spencer is exceptionally sharp—her academic distinction clearly translates into practical, strategic thinking. She kept us informed and explained every legal nuance without jargon. The only minor critique is that during the busiest phases, response times could occasionally stretch to a day or two. Overall, we felt thoroughly represented and achieved a favorable settlement. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
