A Tenacious Advocate Who Secured Justice for My Family

After a serious car accident left my husband with significant injuries, we were overwhelmed by medical bills and insurance company delays. We needed an attorney who was both compassionate and a formidable litigator. Simon Haileab at Wapner Newman was exactly that. His 11 years of experience were immediately evident in his strategic approach. He meticulously investigated our case, explaining complex legal concepts in clear terms. Mr. Haileab’s background in personal injury and civil rights law was crucial; he understood not just the physical toll, but the broader impact on our lives. His recognition in these practice areas is well-deserved. He was a steady, professional presence throughout, but his skill truly shone during negotiations, where he secured a settlement that far exceeded our expectations. He fought tirelessly to ensure we received a fair outcome, allowing us to focus on recovery. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
