Competent and knowledgeable, but communication could improve
Sherene Ozyurek handled my complex employment-based green card application. Her reputation in Immigration Law is well-earned, and her courtroom experience was evident in how she prepared our case. The documentation was thorough, and we achieved a successful outcome. However, the process felt somewhat impersonal. There were occasional delays in email responses, and at times, I felt I had to follow up to get updates on our status. While I appreciate her recognized expertise and the final result from FCG Legal, the client communication aspect was just adequate. She is undoubtedly skilled, but the service experience didn't fully match the legal competence.
