Shannon Nichols has extensive commercial real estate and corporate experience, having represented clients in private practice and as in-house counsel for MSX International and Kmart Corporation. In the course of that work, she has represented companies in their acquisition and disposition of various assets, including significant real estate assets, negotiated hundreds of commercial leases, and assisted real estate developers with a variety of corporate, regulatory, and real estate matters, regularly handling due diligence and closing for real estate transactions with values in excess of $50 million. She also has significant experience in all aspects of real estate finance, including loan originations, modifications and workouts.
