Prior to joining Gallagher & Kennedy, Mr. Clark served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary M. Schroeder, Circuit Judge for the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Mr. Clark has also maintained an appellate practice. Prior to focusing his practice on plaintiffs’ personal injury and wrongful death cases, he handled a wide-range of cases, including criminal defense, insurance defense and commercial litigation. His recent experience includes: Served as Co-Lead Counsel for over 70 victims of Mexican Hat Utah ski bus accident case in which nine people died and 43 received serious bodily injuries; Successfully represented dozens of tread separation/rollover accident victims in product liability cases against Ford Motor Company, Bridgestone Firestone, Inc. and Bridgestone Corporation; Part of two-attorney team that helped force recall of defective SUV; Served as a member of the team representing victims of fuel-fed fires caused by rear-impact collisions in Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptors; Part of trial team that obtained record settlement of nursing home abuse case prior to the conclusion of a two-month trial; Handled virtually all varieties of personal injury cases, including product liability, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, elder abuse, commercial trucking, police misconduct, construction site accidents and insurance bad faith.
