Shannon Carroll from Brach Eichler LLC has solid expertise in healthcare litigation and compliance, as evidenced by her recognized awards in health care law. I hired her for a complex commercial litigation case involving a healthcare provider, and she handled the legal nuances well. Her deep understanding of healthcare fraud regulations was particularly valuable. However, I found her communication somewhat inconsistent. While she was thorough during meetings, responses to follow-up questions were often delayed, which added unnecessary stress to an already high-stakes situation. The case was resolved favorably, but I wished for more transparency regarding timelines and procedural updates. Overall, her legal skills are undeniable, but she could refine her client communication to ensure a smoother experience. I’d still recommend her for healthcare-related legal issues, but with the caveat that patience is required.
