A formidable advocate in a complex SEC investigation

Our company faced a daunting SEC inquiry that threatened significant disruption. We engaged Seth Waxman based on his formidable reputation and specific background as a former federal prosecutor. His deep knowledge of regulatory enforcement, particularly in the SEC and white-collar spheres, was immediately evident. Seth provided a clear, strategic roadmap, and his calm, authoritative presence during meetings with regulators was invaluable. He successfully navigated the matter to a favorable resolution without litigation. While his billing is commensurate with his elite expertise, and there were occasional delays in receiving non-urgent email replies due to his demanding caseload, the outcome was worth it. I would confidently recommend him for any high-stakes regulatory or complex civil litigation matter.
