After 30 years in property management, I thought I had seen it all. However, a complex zoning and financing issue for a multi-family acquisition in Baltimore threatened to derail a critical deal. From our first meeting, Searle Mitnick’s depth of knowledge was immediately apparent. He didn't just recite the law; he explained the historical context of Baltimore's zoning codes and predicted potential municipal hurdles with uncanny accuracy, drawing on his five decades of practice. His guidance through the labyrinth of approvals was seamless, and his negotiation with the seller's counsel was both firm and strategically brilliant, securing terms that protected our investment. The recent recognition as 'Lawyer of the Year' is no surprise to those who have worked with him. What truly sets Searle apart, beyond his formidable expertise in real estate law, is his genuine commitment to his clients. He treats your business as if it were his own. The transaction closed on time, and the structure he implemented has already proven invaluable. For any serious real estate or business matter in Maryland, Searle Mitnick at Gordon Feinblatt is the definitive choice.
