Our small manufacturing company retained Sean Keegan after a former employee filed a wrongful termination lawsuit. From our initial consultation, it was clear Sean possessed a deep understanding of Pennsylvania labor and employment law. His background in commercial litigation was invaluable, as he adeptly navigated the complexities of our case, which involved both employment and contractual disputes. We were particularly impressed with his strategic approach; he was always prepared and his counsel was consistently practical and business-focused. It's no surprise he's recognized in these practice areas. The outcome was favorable and allowed us to move forward. The only minor critique would be that during the busiest phases, communication could sometimes take a day to receive a response. Overall, Sean is a tremendous asset at Babst Calland and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
