Adequate guidance for our nonprofit's compliance issue

Scott Harshbarger's deep experience, particularly in nonprofit law and corporate compliance, was evident when we consulted him regarding a state regulatory inquiry. His analysis of our bylaws and past recognition in these fields provided solid, technically correct advice. However, the process felt somewhat impersonal. Communication through his firm was slower than expected, with significant delays between updates. While the outcome was satisfactory, the hands-off approach and wait times left us feeling like just another file. His expertise is undeniable, but the client experience was merely functional.
