Scott H. Tucker is head of the firm’s Railroad Practice Group. He and his section represents the two largest Class One freight railroads in the country and the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) in their Arkansas litigation. He has extensive experience representing railroads in cases involving grade crossing accidents, employee injuries, and trespasser strikes. Scott is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and in Arkansas’s Top Lawyers in AYMagazine for Railroad Law. He is a member of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel (NARTC).
