Scott H. Tucker is head of the firm’s Railroad Practice Group. He and his section represents the two largest Class One freight railroads in the country and the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) in their Arkansas litigation. He has extensive experience representing railroads in cases involving grade crossing accidents, employee injuries, and trespasser strikes.
