Competent on the case, but communication could improve

I hired Scott Silver at MKRS Law to handle a complex workers' compensation claim after a significant workplace injury. With his 39 years of experience and recognition in the field, I was confident in his legal strategy, and he ultimately secured a fair settlement. However, my experience was mixed. While his expertise in Florida workers' comp law for claimants is evident, communication was sometimes a challenge. There were periods where I waited longer than expected for updates on my case, and I occasionally had to follow up multiple times. For straightforward legal matters, his deep knowledge is an asset, but managing client expectations and responsiveness could be more consistent. He knows the law inside and out, but the client service aspect felt just adequate.
