A formidable advocate who truly understands the courtroom

Scott Dolan represented our small business in a complex contract dispute. His unique background as a court reporter was immediately evident; he anticipated opposing counsel's moves with uncanny precision. Scott's recognized expertise in commercial litigation translated into a strategy that was both aggressive and pragmatic. He secured a favorable settlement without the need for a protracted trial. His communication was clear, and his professionalism was unwavering. We felt exceptionally well-represented.
