I engaged Sarah Wimberly at FordHarrison for guidance on a sensitive employee termination matter. Her background in employment law for management was evident; she correctly identified the risks in our proposed severance agreement and her advice on documentation was sound. It's clear she has the foundational knowledge from her recognized practice area. However, the experience felt somewhat transactional. There were a few instances where responses to my emails took longer than expected, leaving me to manage some interim anxiety. While she ultimately provided the necessary legal framework, I would have appreciated more proactive communication about the process timeline and a clearer explanation of potential costs upfront. For straightforward employment matters, she is a capable attorney, but managing client expectations and accessibility could be enhanced. She handled the core legal work adequately, but the overall client service felt just satisfactory.
