Sarah Keith-Bolden has broad litigation experience across a variety of complex civil matters, including business tort, breach of contract, real estate and environmental, insurance coverage, products liability, and negligence claims. She represents clients in all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal.She represents employers in a wide range of employment-related matters, with particular experience enforcing restrictive covenants, including non-solicitation and non-competition agreements, and litigating claims involving the misappropriation of proprietary information. Her practice also includes defending against wage-and-hour claims and allegations of discrimination based on age, race, gender, disability, hostile work environment, and retaliation.In addition to her litigation work, she regularly counsels individuals and businesses on day-to-day employment issues.
