Exceptional Defense in Workers' Comp Case

I had the pleasure of working with Sarah Cross Ryan on a complex workers' compensation case involving an employer. Her deep expertise in workers' compensation law—defending employers, specifically—was immediately apparent. She thoroughly understood the nuances of Alabama law and crafted a strong defense strategy that ultimately led to a favorable outcome. Sarah’s track record of 18 years in litigation and her recognition in this practice area gave me confidence from the start. The amount of time and detail she put into familiarizing herself with the case details was impressive. Her ability to break down the legalities in a way I could understand was incredibly valuable. While she was highly responsive, I did find that her response times could sometimes be delayed during busier periods, which was the only minor drawback. Overall, her professionalism and strategic approach made a challenging situation much more manageable. I would highly recommend her to anyone facing a similar legal issue.

Solid Defense but Inconsistent Communication

I worked with Sarah Cross Ryan on a workers' compensation case, and she was certainly knowledgeable about the nuances of defending employers in such matters. Her experience and recognition in workers' comp law were evident in her strategic approach. However, there were times when communication felt slow, and follow-up emails or calls took longer than expected. While the outcome was favorable, I often had to reach out multiple times to get updates. Her expertise in litigation and insurance defense was clear, but the responsiveness could have been better. Overall, she’s competent, but I’d suggest setting clear expectations upfront about communication timelines.
