I engaged Sarah C. Schlösser of Haver & Mailänder for guidance on a trademark application for my small business. Her background in Intellectual Property Law, including the recognition from Best Lawyers, was evident in the thoroughness of her legal analysis. She clearly understands the nuances of IP law, which was reassuring. However, coordinating across time zones between Milwaukee and Stuttgart proved challenging, leading to some delays in receiving responses. While the final work product was solid, the process felt less streamlined than I had hoped, and managing expectations around timelines was an issue. She is undoubtedly knowledgeable, but the logistical and communication aspects of the engagement were merely adequate.
