A Master Strategist for Complex Corporate Transactions

Our company faced a critical juncture, navigating a complex strategic merger with significant tax and securities implications. We needed counsel who could see the entire board, not just the next move. Sandy Perl was that counsel. His 35 years of experience, particularly in leveraged buyouts and private equity, was immediately evident. He didn't just review documents; he architectured the transaction, anticipating regulatory hurdles and structuring the deal to optimize our long-term position. His deep knowledge from The University of Michigan Law School and his practical wisdom from decades at Kirkland & Ellis were invaluable. The recent recognition as 'Lawyer of the Year' is no surprise to those who have worked with him. Sandy is more than an attorney; he is a strategic partner whose calm, decisive guidance led to a seamless and highly successful outcome. We have immense trust in his judgment and would engage him for any significant corporate matter without hesitation.
