There were periods of several days where I received no updates, and I often had to follow up via email to get responses. Wait times for scheduled calls were occasionally longer than expected. For straightforward personal injury matters, he is a capable attorney who gets the job done, but managing client expectations and maintaining consistent communication could be improved. He did what was needed, but the process felt more transactional than collaborative at times.
