Samantha Graf at Hellmuth & Johnson assisted my family with updating our wills and establishing a trust after my father's passing. Her knowledge in trusts and estates is evident, and her recognition in that area for 2024 seems well-deserved based on the thorough legal documents she prepared. The process itself was handled professionally, and she was clearly familiar with Minnesota probate considerations. However, the experience was somewhat mixed. While the final product was solid, there were noticeable delays in email responses, sometimes taking several business days for a reply. This created some anxiety during a sensitive time. Additionally, some of the explanations regarding trustee responsibilities felt a bit rushed during our meetings. She is undoubtedly a capable attorney who produced a good outcome, but the client service aspect—particularly consistent communication and managing expectations on timelines—could be improved to match the quality of the legal work.
