The process itself was handled professionally, and she was clearly familiar with Minnesota probate considerations. However, the experience was somewhat mixed. While the final product was solid, there were noticeable delays in email responses, sometimes taking several business days for a reply. This created some anxiety during a sensitive time. Additionally, some of the explanations regarding trustee responsibilities felt a bit rushed during our meetings.
