Competent handling of our business contract dispute

Will Quick capably represented our small business in a contract dispute. His dual J.D./M.B.A. background was evident in his grasp of the commercial details. The outcome was satisfactory, though communication was sometimes slower than expected, with occasional delays in returning calls. His recognition in Benchmark Litigation's list is understandable given his litigation skill. However, managing client expectations on timelines could be improved. For a straightforward Raleigh-based business matter, he is a solid choice, but be prepared to follow up proactively to stay in the loop throughout the process.
