I provide companies of all sizes with due diligence and early risk detection in M&A transactions, drafting transaction documents and facilitating closing and post-closing mechanics. Emerging CompaniesI counsel clients on various aspects of their early and mid-stage growth periods, including review of their Confidential Information Memorandum in preparation for pitches to raise additional capital or target a potential acquirer. General CorporateI counsel public and private companies on corporate and business law matters, with a focus on providing strategically drafted agreements, organizational documents, and resolutions.Looking aheadAs we enter this post-pandemic period, M&A activity will continue to flourish through the remainder of 2021.
