Competent handling of a contested trust distribution

I engaged Ross Evans to assist with a complex family dispute over my late uncle's trust, which involved multiple beneficiaries and allegations of undue influence. His background in trust and estate litigation, noted in his Super Lawyers recognition, was evident. He understood the Nevada probate nuances and provided a solid legal strategy. Ultimately, we reached a settlement, which was the practical outcome we needed. However, my experience was mixed. While Ross is clearly knowledgeable, communication was sometimes slower than I would have preferred. Updates often required my follow-up, and there were periods of waiting that added to the stress of the situation. His advice was sound when received, but managing expectations on timelines could be improved. For straightforward legal expertise in trusts and estates, he is capable, but be prepared to be proactive in staying informed throughout your case.
