Román Hernández of Cable Huston handled a sensitive workplace investigation for our company. His 25 years of experience in employment law were evident, and his background in labor and employment litigation provided solid strategic advice. The outcome was satisfactory. However, the process felt somewhat impersonal. Responses to emails were sometimes delayed by several days, and explanations of legal strategy were occasionally more technical than practical for our management team. While his recognition in the field is well-deserved, the client service aspect felt just adequate. We achieved our goal, but the experience was more transactional than collaborative.
