Competent and knowledgeable, but communication could improve

I hired Mr. Currier at Pincus & Currier LLP to handle a complex wrongful termination case. With his 25 years of experience and recognition in Employment Law for Individuals, I was confident in his legal expertise, which was evident. He clearly understood the nuances of Florida labor law and his strategy during settlement discussions was sound. However, my experience was mixed. While the outcome was ultimately acceptable, there were periods where updates were sparse and responses to emails took several days. For a client navigating a stressful employment dispute, this lack of consistent communication added unnecessary anxiety. His professional accolades from Best Lawyers are well-deserved for his legal acumen, but the client service aspect felt merely adequate. He is a capable attorney who knows his field inside and out, but managing client expectations and maintaining a steady flow of information could be enhanced.
