Our mid-sized tech company faced a daunting challenge: we urgently needed to secure work visas for three critical international hires while simultaneously navigating a sensitive internal wage and hour compliance review. The complexity demanded an attorney with a dual command of both employment and immigration law. Roger Tsai was recommended to us, and his counsel proved to be nothing short of exceptional. From our first consultation at Faegre Drinker's Denver office, Roger demonstrated a profound understanding of the intricate interplay between I-9 compliance, prevailing wage regulations, and state-specific employment standards. His seven years of focused experience were evident as he crafted a seamless, integrated strategy. He efficiently managed the visa petitions, anticipating and deftly handling Requests for Evidence, while his meticulous audit of our payroll practices not only resolved immediate concerns but provided us with a robust framework to prevent future issues. It’s clear why he has been recognized in both fields. Roger’s approach is strategic, his communication is direct and clear, and his professionalism is unwavering. He transformed a potential operational crisis into a structured, successful outcome. For any business dealing with the intersection of workforce management and immigration, Roger is an invaluable asset.
