I hired Rodney Nolen to help with a creditor rights issue involving a commercial dispute with a former business partner. With over 50 years of experience and recognition in both commercial litigation and banking law, he certainly knows the Birmingham legal landscape inside and out. His deep understanding of creditor-debtor rights was evident during our initial consultation. However, while his expertise in insolvency matters was solid, I found the communication a bit lacking throughout the process. Response times were sometimes longer than expected, and I had to follow up multiple times on case updates. The outcome was acceptable, but I felt slightly disconnected from the strategy discussions. For straightforward creditor matters, he's competent, but if you prefer more regular updates and detailed explanations of legal maneuvers, you might want to clarify communication expectations upfront. His credentials from Dentons Sirote speak for themselves, but the client experience could be more polished.
