Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on January 31, 1968, Mr. Miller earned his Bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University and received his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 1992.Mr. Miller has proudly served as Chairperson of the Philadelphia Bar Association Arbitration Committee.
He has lectured to colleagues on multiple topics including proper preparation of a case for Arbitration. He has also lectured extensively for numerous organizations and schools on personal injury litigation. Mr.
