The outcome from a compliance standpoint was satisfactory. However, the experience was marked by noticeable delays in responsiveness. Drafts of critical correspondence often took longer than promised to arrive, and getting a call returned sometimes required multiple follow-ups from our HR director. While his final work product was competent, the process felt less collaborative than we had hoped, with our internal team sometimes left waiting for direction. For straightforward legal analysis, he knows his field, but for clients who prioritize consistent, proactive communication as part of the service, there is room for improvement. He is a capable attorney, but the management of client expectations and timelines could be more polished.
