Knowledgeable but communication could be more consistent

I hired Mr. Robenalt to represent our small business in a complex workers' compensation claim involving a disputed injury. While his legal strategy was sound, communication was sometimes inconsistent. There were periods where we waited longer than expected for updates, and some of his explanations of procedural steps felt rushed. For straightforward legal matters, his expertise from Fisher Phillips is solid, but you may need to be proactive in managing the client-attorney communication flow to ensure your expectations are fully met.
