Mr. Fogg serves as the chair of the Health Care Section at Archer & Greiner, P.C. He has been in private practice since 1997, and previously served as the Director of Licensing, Certification, and Compliance at the New Jersey Department of Health, where he was responsible for regulating over 1100 health care facilities throughout the state. Mr. Fogg was the author of the national practice guide "Nursing Home Regulations" for the Thompson Publishing Group, serving as editor in chief of their newsletter service for over 18 years. Mr. Fogg focuses on transacational and complex regulatory matters, Medicaid and Medicare compliance and recovery defense, and survey and enforcement matters.
