Expert guidance through a complex trust dispute

I engaged Mr. Selsor and the team at Kembell Woods & Martinsen to represent me in a contentious trust dispute involving my late uncle's estate. From our initial consultation, his nearly four decades of experience in this specific field were immediately apparent. He provided a clear, strategic assessment of our position regarding the trustee's actions, drawing on his deep knowledge of Missouri trust law. His recognition in areas like Litigation - Trusts and Estates is clearly well-earned. Mr. Selsor was a steady, knowledgeable advocate throughout the process, successfully navigating settlement negotiations that recovered significant assets for the beneficiaries. His counsel was always practical and focused on a resolution that aligned with our family's best interests. The only minor critique would be that communication from his office could sometimes have a slight delay during particularly busy periods, but his direct involvement in all key matters was invaluable. For anyone in the St. Louis area facing a sensitive estate or trust conflict, I would confidently recommend Robert Selsor.
