Competent in complex litigation, communication could improve

I engaged Bob McConnell at Motley Rice regarding a potential claim related to widespread water contamination in our community. His deep experience in mass torts and environmental litigation, backed by his Super Lawyers recognition, was immediately evident. He clearly understood the complex legal landscape. However, while his legal strategy was sound, the practical experience fell short of expectations. Communication from his team was often slow, with significant wait times for updates on our case. For straightforward questions, we were frequently directed to junior staff. He is undoubtedly a knowledgeable attorney with sixteen years in this specific field, but the client service aspect felt more like a case number than a partnership. The work got done, but the process lacked the personal touch and proactive communication I hoped for.
