Competent and experienced, but communication could improve

We hired Mr. Bothe to assist with a complex commercial loan restructuring for our family-owned manufacturing business in Omaha. His deep knowledge of Banking and Finance Law, backed by nearly 50 years of experience and his recent 'Lawyer of the Year' recognition, was evident. He understood the UCC implications thoroughly and provided sound legal strategy. However, our experience was mixed. While the outcome was satisfactory, we often experienced significant delays in receiving responses to emails and calls. At times, it felt like we had to follow up repeatedly to get updates, which added stress to an already difficult situation. For straightforward, high-stakes commercial transactions, his expertise from McGrath North is undeniable, but be prepared to manage the communication timeline proactively.
