A solid attorney with some communication delays

I hired Mr. Scully to handle a complex dispute over the administration of my late father's trust. His deep experience in trusts and estates litigation, underscored by his recent recognition as Lawyer of the Year in that field, was immediately apparent. He clearly understood the intricate legal landscape and provided sound strategic advice. However, the experience was not without its frustrations. While his legal work was competent, communication was sometimes slower than I would have liked, with responses to emails taking several days. This made it difficult to feel fully in the loop during a stressful time. For straightforward, high-stakes legal matters, his two decades of experience at Blankingship & Keith make him a capable choice, but be prepared to manage your expectations regarding client communication and responsiveness.
