Competent handling of my estate planning

Mr. Beach's expertise in trusts and estates is evident, and his recognition in that field is well-deserved. He was thorough in drafting our family's trust documents and clearly knowledgeable on tax implications. However, the process felt somewhat transactional. Communication was primarily through his paralegal, and responses to my emails sometimes took several business days. While I am confident in the legal work product, I had hoped for more direct guidance on some nuanced decisions. For straightforward corporate or estate matters where you need solid legal footing, he is a capable choice, but manage your expectations regarding client communication and personal availability.
