Competent in employment law, but communication could improve

I hired Richard Sinapi to handle a wrongful termination case against my former employer. His credentials, including his Harvard Law degree and the 'Lawyer of the Year' recognition, were impressive and gave me confidence. He clearly understood the nuances of employment law, and his strategy during the initial negotiations was sound. However, the experience was a bit uneven. There were times when responses to emails took longer than I expected, leaving me feeling somewhat in the dark about next steps. While the final settlement was fair and he secured a positive outcome, the process felt less collaborative than I had hoped. He is undoubtedly knowledgeable, but the client communication aspect could be more consistent for the fees involved.
