Competent and experienced, but communication could improve

Mr. Cole handled my professional malpractice defense capably. His deep experience, including his Lawyer of the Year recognition, was evident in his strategic approach. He clearly knows Florida malpractice law inside and out. However, the process felt somewhat impersonal. Responses to my inquiries were thorough but often took longer than expected, and I sometimes felt out of the loop on procedural steps. For a complex case requiring his specific expertise, he delivered a solid result, though client communication wasn't a standout feature.
